I am well aware of the risks and probable result, but it seems not all the Neocons are. Some of them talk about "winning" a nuclear exchange.
In the larger context, it seems as if the Neocons may have invited China to double-cross Putin, just as Klaus et al. double-crossed Xi.
But the West would have to replace the Russian oil.... It's complicated, isn't it?
