My oft-stated hypothesis is that an international group of Plutocrats run the most of the show, the American Neocons being their subjects. That much can be inferred just by watching events carefully. The Cabal's control is based on bribery, blackmail, and extortion enabled by massive wealth concentration. Any group that achieves a great enough level of wealth concentration will be tempted to institute slavery of some sort. The apparent belief structures of the Cabal have steered them in the direction of becoming "Death, the Destroyer of Your World," as my meme puts it. I don't think they believe they're helping anyone but themselves to achieve dominance. But the Chinese have been tricked and they are genuinely angry, in my opinion. The conflict between them and the Cabal is real, I believe.
